Community Spark Grant
The League’s Bicycle Friendly America program awards organizations for projects and programs that spark change and catalyze a community’s ability to create places where bicycling is safer, easier, and more accessible. The desire is for organizations to propose projects that build Bicycle Friendly Communities and capacity for local leaders and influencers by uplifting the community and by creating inclusive coalitions that can shed new light on current issues.

Trail Accelerator Grants provide a jump-start to communities that have the interest and political support to grow the quantity and quality of mountain bike trails, but need assistance to get projects up and running.

Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Programs
The Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant programs provide funding for rural projects through local utility organizations. This may fund business incubators, community development assistance and more.
Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources
ATV/UTV Enhancement Funding
Funding is for nonprofit organizations that promote the safe and wise use of ATVs and/or UTVs, riding and education. Applications are solicited bi-annually. Check the website for more details.
