DIY Economic Impact
The Workshop
How to Do-It-Yourself
Watch the recordings of two 90-minute virtual sessions covering the basics of visitor research and the foundation of an economic impact analysis. Led by The Harbinger Consultancy, the sessions walk through the types of data needed to estimate economic impacts, how and when to use data from comparable studies, the basics of surveying users to collect information and how to use the DIY Guide to conduct an economic impact analysis independently. The recordings also provide an overview of what’s required to successfully complete the practicum and include real-life scenarios to help put the concepts into practice.
